Welcome to our Blog
Here’s the deal. My partner Mark Chassman and I lead a digital revenue consultancy named Middleshift where we feel blessed to get to work with some of the Internet’s most exciting companies. The majority of our work centers around developing business models, scaling sales and business development efforts and then training for competitive advantage.
When you lead a boutique consultancy you immediately face the issue of scale. If your expertise is unique and your service is highly customized, you just aren’t going to get to work with everyone you want to. Therefore we are using this Blog as a way to not only share stuff with our clients but to put what we learn out there for anyone seeking solutions related to revenue. (God knows the open web has expanded our minds and given us delight beyond measure.) Expect this Blog to be more of a repository than a daily or weekly destination. Others do that well….we don’t. We’ll only post when we think it’s important.
